Vein Care for Sussex County, New Jersey
From Vernon to Byram, Sussex County residents have a board-certified vein specialist in the heart of the county — our Sparta office at 1 Wilson Dr, Suite 2A.
Specialist vein care without leaving the county
For years, many Sussex County residents assumed that treating varicose veins meant a long drive to Morristown, Hackensack, or over the border into New York. Avancé Vein Care exists to change that. Our office sits in Sparta, near the geographic center of the county just off Route 15 — so wherever you live in Sussex County, we're likely the closest physician-led vein practice to your door.
One point of honesty up front: this is our only office. These pages describe the areas we serve, and Sussex County is the community we serve most.
Communities we serve across Sussex County
Patients come to us from nearly every corner of the county, including:
- Vernon, Hamburg, Franklin, and Hardyston — typically reaching us south along Route 94 or Route 23 toward the Route 15 corridor
- Hopatcong, Stanhope, Byram, and Andover — a short drive north on Route 206 or Route 15
- Newton, Fredon, and Lafayette — about fifteen minutes away (see our Newton page)
- Sparta and Lake Mohawk — our home town (see our Sparta page)
Directions are simple: nearly every route in the county leads to Route 15, and we are minutes from it. Free parking sits directly outside the office.
What "physician-led" means here
Dr. Satish Tadepalli, MD, MPH, DABVLM is a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. He personally performs every consultation, duplex ultrasound, and procedure — from VenaSeal™ and Varithena® to ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy. Every treatment is office-based, done under local anesthesia, and designed around one promise: walk in, walk out, back to life the same afternoon.
Whether your concern is bulging varicose veins, leg heaviness and swelling from chronic venous insufficiency, or cosmetic spider veins, the evaluation starts the same way — with the physician, not a screening technician.
Your first visit, and what it costs
A first visit includes a conversation about your symptoms, a physical exam, and a duplex ultrasound performed by Dr. Tadepalli. No referral is needed, and office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
Vein treatment is covered by most insurance plans when medically necessary. We verify your coverage before treatment and handle pre-authorization ourselves — costs made clear up front. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Horizon, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, AmeriHealth, and most major plans; details are on our insurance page.
