Dr. Satish Tadepalli, MD, MPH, DABVLM, RPVI
A board-certified vein specialist who personally performs every consultation, ultrasound, and procedure — so the physician you meet on day one is the physician who treats you.
Your Physician, From First Visit to Final Follow-Up
Dr. Satish Tadepalli is the founder and treating physician of Avancé Vein Care in Sparta, New Jersey. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (DABVLM) — the board certification dedicated specifically to vein disease. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH).
Dr. Tadepalli's background spans hospital medicine and physician education — training that demands rigor, careful judgment, and the habit of explaining complex medicine in plain language. Patients at Avancé benefit from both.
Why Vein Medicine
Vein disease sits in a quiet gap of medicine. Millions of people live with aching, heavy, swollen legs — symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins — and many are told for years that it is cosmetic, or simply part of getting older. It usually isn't. Modern vein care is precise, office-based, and remarkably gentle: most treatments take under an hour, use only local anesthesia, and let you walk in and walk out the same day.
Dr. Tadepalli built Avancé Vein Care around that reality — a focused practice where vein disease is diagnosed properly, explained honestly, and treated with the full range of modern techniques, from radiofrequency ablation to VenaSeal™ and Varithena®.
Our Practice Philosophy
Avancé Vein Care is deliberately physician-led. There are no physician assistants or nurse practitioners performing your evaluation or your treatment. Dr. Tadepalli personally performs:
- Every consultation. Unhurried visits where your history, symptoms, and goals are heard in full — not a ten-minute slot with a rotating provider.
- Every duplex ultrasound. Dr. Tadepalli scans your legs himself rather than reading someone else's images, because the diagnosis drives everything that follows.
- Every procedure. The physician who mapped your veins is the one holding the catheter or the needle — with the continuity and accountability that implies.
Just as important is how things are explained. You will hear your findings in plain language — what the ultrasound showed, which options fit your anatomy, what insurance typically covers, and what happens if you choose to wait. No pressure, no upselling, no unnecessary procedures.
"My promise is simple: the doctor you meet at your consultation is the doctor who performs your ultrasound, your procedure, and your follow-up. Nothing about your care is handed off."— Dr. Satish Tadepalli, MD, MPH, DABVLM, RPVI
What Your First Visit Looks Like
A consultation at Avancé begins with a conversation, not a scan. Dr. Tadepalli listens to your symptoms and history, examines your legs, and then performs a duplex ultrasound himself — a painless scan that maps how blood is actually moving through your veins.
Before you leave, you will understand exactly what was found and what it means. If treatment makes sense, he will walk you through the options that fit your anatomy — whether that is laser ablation, radiofrequency, foam, or adhesive — along with realistic expectations and recovery. Every option offered is office-based, uses local anesthesia, and gets you back to life the same afternoon. If treatment is not needed, he will tell you that too.
