Areas We Serve
One office, in Sparta — reachable from across Sussex County, western Morris County and the surrounding towns.
Where We Are
Avancé Vein Care operates from a single office:
Avancé Vein Care
1 Wilson Dr, Suite 2A
Sparta, NJ 07871
(862) 342-0220
The office sits just off Route 15, a short drive from Sparta's town centre and Lake Mohawk. There is free parking directly outside the building, and Suite 2A is on an accessible route from the car park — no parking garage and no long walk from the door. Practical details and a map are on the contact page.
We deliberately run one location rather than several. Every consultation, every duplex ultrasound and every procedure is performed personally by Dr. Tadepalli, and that is only possible from a single office.
Sussex County
Sparta sits centrally in Sussex County, which makes the office straightforward to reach from most of the county.
- Sparta — the practice's home town. The office is minutes from the town centre and the Lake Mohawk area.
- Newton — the county seat, north-west of Sparta via Route 206. Patients from Newton and the surrounding townships make up a substantial share of the practice.
- Hamburg and Vernon — to the north, along the Route 23 and Route 94 corridors. Route 15 connects south toward Sparta.
- Hopatcong and Lake Hopatcong — to the south-east, close to the Route 15 corridor and the Landing area.
- Andover, Stanhope and Byram — immediately south of Sparta along the Route 206 and Route 183 corridors, among the shortest journeys to the office.
Morris County
Western Morris County connects to Sparta through the Route 15 and I-80 corridors.
- Rockaway, Denville and Dover — along the I-80 and Route 46 corridors, with Route 15 running north toward Sparta.
- Wharton — adjacent to Dover on the same corridor.
- Flanders (Mount Olive Township) — south-west, near the Route 206 and I-80 junction.
Warren County and Beyond
- Hackettstown — in Warren County, to the south-west via Route 206 and Route 46.
Patients also travel from further afield in northern New Jersey. No referral is needed to be seen.
Why Patients Travel Here
Vein disease is generally not urgent, which means the decision is usually about who performs the work rather than which office is closest.
- The physician does everything. Dr. Tadepalli performs the consultation, acquires and interprets the ultrasound himself, and performs the procedure. There is no handover to a technician or an associate.
- Board certification in venous and lymphatic medicine (DABVLM). Details on the physician page.
- Office-based treatment under local anaesthesia. No hospital admission for standard procedures; most patients walk out the same day.
- Insurance verified before treatment. Benefits are checked and pre-authorisation handled in advance — see insurance & coverage.
What We Treat
Across all these areas the scope is the same: varicose veins, spider veins, chronic venous insufficiency and leg swelling — assessed by duplex ultrasound and treated with RFA, EVLA, Varithena®, VenaSeal™, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy and compression therapy.
